Established in 2002, Green Flash was founded by Mike and Lisa Hinkley in Poway, CA. What began as a two-person team has slowly turned into a large company brewing an award-winning assortment of specialty craft beers. Green Flash as two locations, one in San Diego, CA offering a 40,000 square foot taproom and brewery tours and the other in Poway, CA known as Cellar 3 which is dedicated to the art of craft beer innovation. Another location is on the rise and will be in Virginia Beach, VA.
Green Flash offers a wide variety of craft beers ranging from year round staples to limited releases, Hop Odyssey beers and Cellar 3 beers. Green Flash also takes part in a Genius Lab program to inspire fresh ideas. This involves recipe submissions from their team that become small-batch brews.
