This recipe from our very own Don is sure to get you longing for a tropical island where everyday is a “Happy Day”
– One part Mango Rum
– One part Pineapple Juice
– Splash of Sprite
Mix together and pour over ice. Garnish with an edible flower and slice of mango. Cheers!
