Southern Spirits Loves Breakside Brewing!

Located in the Woodlawn neighborhood of Northeast Portland, Oregon, Breakside Brewing opened its doors in 2010. Quickly after opening, Breakside gained attention for innovative and diverse beers and expanded operations to Milwaukie, Oregon in 2013. Since then Breakside has been numerous highly coveted awards, including the Gold Medal for American-Style IPA at the Great American Beer Festival for their flagship IPA in 2014.
Breakside Brewing now has two locations. They continue to operate out of their Milwaukie, OR brewery where they produce 20,000 barrels of beer per year. The Milwaukie location includes a taproom that is open to the public where guests can try any of their 24 rotating taps of beer. In addition to the brewery, Breakside has a small pub in Dekum, Oregon where they sell beer and locally sourced foods.
While Breakside’s brews have been found mainly on the west coast, they are slowly trickling in to the Carolinas. Southern Spirits currently has the following Breakside Brewing beers available in 22oz bottles:
