GREENFLASH WIPA: I just never get tired of this beer. At my second store we used to sell out every week and I begged the beer buyer to order more but he refused because he was a terrible human being that tortured me on an almost daily basis.

SPICED PEAR MANHATTAN
1 1/2 oz Rye or Bourbon (medley brothers, old granddad 114, high west double rye, james oliver rye)
3/4 oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
3/4 oz Cardamaro
3 drops of bitters (jack rudy, angostura, scrappys)
