Festive Holiday Cocktails!

The winter holidays are here and what better way to celebrate than with a fabulous holiday cocktail! We’ve gathered some festive recipes to make your holiday season unforgettable!
Mulled Wine
- 4 cups apple cider
- 1 bottle of red wine
- ¼ cup of honey
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 orange, zested and juiced
- 4 whole cloves
- 3 star anise
- 4 oranges, peeled, for garnish
Combine cider, wine, honey, cinnamon sticks, zest, juice, cloves and star anise in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for ten minutes. Pour into mugs, add an orange peel to each and serve.

Winter Sea Breeze Cocktail
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz grapefruit
- 1/2 oz tonic syrup
- 2 oz soda water
- 12 pomegranate seeds
- 3 mint leaves
Fill a lowball glass ¾ with ice. Add vodka, grapefruit juice, tonic syrup and stir. Pour in the soda water and garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.

White Chocolate Peppermint Martini
- Crushed ice
- 4 oz Godiva white chocolate liquor
- 2 ½ oz vanilla vodka
- 1 ½ oz peppermint schnapps
- Red sugar sprinkles for garnishing the glass rim (optional)
- Chocolate syrup for garnishing the inside of the glass (optional)
- Small peppermint stick for garnish (optional)
Fill a cocktail shaker half way with ice. Pour in white chocolate liquor, vanilla vodka and peppermint schnapps and shake well until mixed. Wet the rim of a martini glass and dip the rim into sprikles. Drizzle a small amount of chocolate syrup on the interior of the glass then pour in shaker contents. Place small candy cane on the edge of the glass for garnish.

Spiced Egnogg Cocktail
- 1 quart eggnog
- ¼ cup spiced rum
- ¼ cup Kahlua
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of ground cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg
Blend eggnog, rum Kahlua, bourbon and vanilla in a blender until well mixed. Mix spices together in a small bowl then pour in blender. Pulse blender until fully mixed. Pour into glasses and garnish by sprinkling a small amount of reserved spice mix
