Bonus points can only be given based on a specific promotion or management decision. VIP REWARD points are valid for five years from the date they are earned. They can be redeemed at any time prior to expiration.

Be sure to keep your VIP REWARD card active by using it frequently. YOU MUST HAVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS TO BE A VIP!
