BISON GRASS VODKA AND PLATINUM VODKA

Zubrowka is a polish rye based vodka that is flavored with bison grass. Platinum is one of those bang for your buck vodka’s, under twenty bucks, seven times distilled.

FRIDAY WINE 4:00-6:00

FELINO CHARDONNAY: Argentina makes some excellent Chardonnay, but few people know that. Luckily you guys have Martha!

PADRILLOS MALBEC: Argentina IS famous for making Malbec.

BILA-HAUT COTES DU ROUSSILLON: Languedoc is the forgotten and much disparaged region of France that actually produces plenty of good wines if you know where to look.

CHOCOLATE SHOP: This is a chocolate wine from…IDAHO! That’s right folks.

FRIDAY

DEEP EDDY 12:00-3:00

That other vodka from Texas that you all know and love. Gluten free, fun flavors, well priced, a great choice to liven up any holiday party.

SATURDAY

2:00-5:00 JACK DANIELS, COLLINGWOOD, COOPERS CRAFT

Collingwood is an easy drinking Canadian whiskey that will be an upgrade over the regular Crown royal.

Coopers craft bourbon is a still newish bourbon that is really been gaining momentum.

KEITH’S CABINET: What Keith is drinking now

DELORD 1991: This awesome Armagnac has a really tasty burnt orange thing going on that is so nice during this time of the year.

OLD RASPUTIN: Such a tasty stout from California.

FETTERCAIRN 1997: This scotch is just so good, friendly, and rare! I have come to associate this distillery with quality.

VAN GOGH APPLE: This is probably my favorite flavored vodka. It mixes so well.

VODKA

KOZAK: One of our new favorites, great price and great quality.

DIXIE: We love to support Local, especially when it is this good!

GEORGE VODKA: REGULAR, ORANGE, OR GREEN CHILE, these are some world class vodka’s.

ZYR: This amazing vodka from Russia is almost too easy to drink.

TEQUILA

FORTALEZA – The best tequila in the world, whether you choose silver, reposado, or anejo it doesn’t matter because they are all amazing!

DON FELIX: They do a good job across the board but their reposado is spectacular!

MAESTRO DOBBEL SINGLE BARREL: This is our hand selected tequila and it is so good we are already on our second barrel!

MEZCALES DURANGO: My favorite mescal! It has everything you want! Smokey and bursting with flavor.

BRANDY

DE LORD XO: This is THE best buy in high end brandy, wayyy less expensive than a Hennessy Xo but a better quality.

GRAN DUQUE D’ALBA: This amazing brandy from Spain is twelve years old and drinks like pure velvet!

PIERRE FERRAND: If you HAVE to have a bottle that has the word Cognac on it, then get this lovely bottle.

BOURBON

SMOOTH AMBLER SINGLE BARREL: This has been a Keith Haze, favorite from day one, and you guys have loved it too! The perfect gift for any whiskey lover.

OLD FORESTER PROHIBITION: This bourbon really blew me away. It is big, complex, and incredibly well made! A must try!

WOODFORD DOUBLE OAKED: A great bourbon from a great distillery! This whiskey should be a lot more famous than it already is.

MICHTERS SMALL BATCH: A year round, anytime winner! Longtime staff favorite.

DAVID NICHOLSON: Everyone is looking for a good wheated bourbon and we have found one. I enjoyed both the regular and the reserve quite a bit.

RYE

JAMES OLIVER RYE: One of the tastiest and best value rye’s on the market!

WOODFORD RYE: Woodford decided to get into the rye game and did so like a champ!

HIGH WEST DOUBLE RYE SINGLE BARREL RYE: This is our barrel of this lovely rye, that was aged an additional 15 months and is a real treat!

GIN

CONNIPTION: This tasty gin from Durham, NC is perfect for Martini’s but can make a good gin and tonic as well!

GEORGE GIN: I am a fan of everything that these guys make, but their gin will always be my favorite.

MARTIN MILLERS: The ultimate Martini gin!

NOLET’S: This is one of the few gins that will make an amazing Gin and Tonic AND an amazing Martini!

RUM

EL DORADO!: From Top to Bottom this distillery makes nothing but fantastic rums.

VIZCAYA: This is one of those bottles that just makes you want to have a sip and another and another!

RON ABUELO CASK SERIES: Three different casks, three different amazing rums!

RON CARTAVIO: Another excellent top to bottom distillery. Make an amazing dark and stormy with the black, and blow people away with the XO.

IRISH

POWERS SINGLE POT: Incredibly drinkable but still with plenty of complexity. A must have for any lover of Irish whiskey.

TYRCONNEL: If you are on a budget but do not want to appear cheap, then these is the perfect gift.

TEELING: Three different styles and each one of them is a winner. The good news is that the least expensive one seems to be most peoples favorite!

SCOTCH

FETTERCAIRN 1997: This bottle has been greatly enjoyed by everyone who has bought it, including me! A real crowd pleaser.

MORTLACH RARE OLD: This is my Scotch of the year and can be enjoyed by anyone that loves Scotch.   Beautiful bottle that contains amazing whiskey.

EDRADOUR CALEDONIA: I have affectionately nicknamed this “the big juicy steak”, because to me that is how it drinks.

SIGNATORY EVERYTHING!: Want to give someone an amazing Scotch that they have not ever had? Choose one of our many Signatory labels and introduce them to the wonderful world of independent bottling.

BENROMACH PEATED: I love everything about this smoke bomb from Speyside. This is proof that non-Islay distilleries can make a peated Scotch with the best of them.

LIQUEURS

MY AMARETTO: The best amaretto in the world! This will totally redefine what you thought an Amaretto would do.

BUFFALO TRACE BOURBON CREAM: Better than baileys and less expensive.

GEORGE SPICED PEAR: This is winter in a bottle! Drink it straight or make awesome cocktails.

TIA MARIA: Take a break from Kahlua and have a much better product! This will improve your white Russian or can be had on its own.
