New in the Liquor Department!
It’s time for NEWS FROM KEITH!
BASTILLE!: A new French whiskey that makes one think What on Earth am I Drinking? It is not bad at all, but what does it taste like? What does it remind one of? Well I have tasted a TON of whiskey, but this one tastes different than all of them. Would it make a great mixer? It might! One thing is certain, it is unique and I am glad I tried it. I guess that makes two certainties.
DELEON: A new fancy bottled tequila with lots of hype behind it. Very well reviewed and very pretty to look at it. Would not be my first choice but would gladly take it, if someone offered it to me.
WHISTLE PIG; BOSS HOG 13 YEAR OLD SINGLE BARREL CASK STRENGTH RYE: This is the rarest of offerings from the folks at Whistle Pig. By all accounts it can heal the blind and raise the dead. I of course have not had any. I save these super rare items for you guys.
GREEN SPOT!: It is back! But it will not last. If you have never had it, it is about as smooth as whiskey gets

KEITH’S CABINET:
RON ABUELO 12: My best friend and I had a large helping of this Monday evening, and it got better with every sip. It splits the difference between the dry rums and sweet ones and finds an excellent balance.
COLD RIVER BLUEBERRY VODKA: I bought this for my roommate, and we both fell in love with it. Once you open the bottle the whole room smells like blueberry muffins. We mixed it with lemonade and it made an incredibly refreshing drink.
GLENDRONACH TAWNY PORT CASK: So I got this one as a Christmas present and it was so big that my first try with it was a fail. We gave it another go on Tuesday and found that we actually loved one another quite deeply. You just have to approach it with a clean and alert mind that can appreciate the rush of intense flavors, climaxing with the tasty hazelnut of the port cask.
