1. Novo Fogo Cachaca. Cachaca is Brazils number one spirit. If you have never had a Caipirinha it is a wonderful summer drink (brazillian Margarita).2. Spring Bank Scotch. This family run Distillery has quietly been producing an excellent array of whiskey’s for a long time. I love them all. We stock as many of them as we can as often as we can.3. Ron Atlantico Rum: This is another fantastic Rum from the Dominican Republic. It is so very smooth, but also rich and long.4. Selvarey Rum: This new rum from Panama comes in two well made flavors. A super smooth clear rum perfect for any rum cocktail, and a chocolate rum that will make an amazing chocolate martini.5. St. George Absinthe: Now I am not and never will be fan of this drink, but if you are going to do something then do it right! The folks at St. George have done just that, and yes it has wormwood, and no it does not make you hallucinate, unless that very high ABV gets to your vision!
6. Arvero Limoncello: This is a real limoncello from Sicily!7. Ford’s Gin: Want a great Martini? Check. Want a great Gin and Tonic? Check. Want to not pay an arm and a leg? Check8. High West American Prairie Reserve: Sadly, this has been discontinued, but not here at Southern Spirits! We still have a healthy supply.9. Meukow Cognac: Not nearly as famous as it should be! This will defeat Hennessy easily.10. Bertina Elderflower: This thing will wipe the floor with St. Germain. Turn your good cocktail into a great one with a splash of this!
