Keith’s Picks For May
Keith’s picks For May!
Ancho Reyes: Chile Liqueur! Want to turn any cocktail into a spicy one? This stuff is pretty amazing. This will bring the heat anytime you need it. Spice up old recipes with just half an oz!
GIFFARD: These guys make the most amazing flavors, that can elevate a cocktail to great heights or can be consumed on their own.
St. GEORGE GREEN CHILE VODKA: The most fun vodka that was ever invented. We sold 18 bottles in just two hours at the tasting. Make the best Moscow Mule ever, or make the most fun White Russian you have ever had!!!
BRECKENRIDGE BOURBON: This delicious bourbon from Colorado is as smooth as it gets! Supply is quite limited so this will not last through the month.
GRAN CLASSICO BITTERS: This what you want for your Negroni. Put the Campari away and try the real deal! Following the classic recipe from Turin this will make the best Negroni you have ever had or can be enjoyed on the rocks on its very own.
TORRES 10: This ten year old Spanish Brandy is THE best buy in Brandy. I think that this little baby wipes the floor with Hennessy, Remy, or Courvoissier!
Kleiner Feigling: The fig vodka from Germany. Smooth and easy. You are supposed to tap the bottom of the upside down bottle to make bubbles before taking a shot!
Kilchoman Machir Bay: From the newest distillery on Islay. This is a peaty, smokey, and spicey scotch. Very easy drinking for all of you peat lovers out there. Every year they put out a vintage batch instead of a big blend. Yes your favorite “single” malt scotches are really just blends from various years with the youngest whisky being the one labeled on the front. This is done so that every bottle tastes exactly the same.
Smooth Ambler Gin: This excellent gin hails from West Virginia. It is smooth, clean, and quite tasty! This will make an excellent Martini or Gin and Tonic. We also have the barrel aged version if you are into that sort of thing.
Pisco Porton: Looking to make the best Pisco Sour ever? Try this guy, or if you prefer the less famous but tastier Porto Nero!! I love a Porto Nero in the summertime. If you have never had one then remedy that immediately.
