New Arrivals in the LIQUOR DEPARTMENT!
LINKWOOD 15: This one for me was very exciting because this whiskey was the majority of Johnnie Walker Green, which if you do not know, no longer exists! Well here we have a superior version of it in Single malt form. I found this whiskey to be smooth and complex and it made me wish my tasting cup was bigger, which does not happen very often. The sherry finish is perfectly integrated into this medium body dram.
BRENNE: French Single malt. I will repeat that, this is a French Single Malt. How? Why? Pshaw I say! Why not? Any country that can make gorgeous wine and brandy ought to be able to make great whiskey! Well they did and here it is. A light and delicate whiskey that was finished in XO Cognac barrels this beauty is an extremely welcome addition to the collection.
GLENROTHES 1995: This is the belle of the ball! 18 year old vintage Scotch. This bottle is not calling my name it is screaming it. A bottle of it is staring at me right now! Forget Alice, this is not saying Drink Me, this bottle is saying lets live happily ever after! The oldest Scotch I have seen from one of my all time favorite distilleries. I only got 12 of these beauties and I do not expect them to last!
ST. GEORGE: RASPBERRY LIQUEUR, tired of Chambord? Want to try something new and fun? This is the one for you.
CROWN APPLE: Well it is here and it tastes like Apple.
Come in and ask Keith to help you find a new favorite for this weekend!
